Well, I just wanted to share about something called "Employee Benefit Fund"
Hmmm I am quite sure a few of you are already aware of this. But still for those who aren't, here it is !!
All of us go gha-gha over food in the evenings right. don’t we?? All of us want to go n chill out for some kind of outing let's say for a day after a real hectic week, or maybe we may even want to go out for a team lunch/dinner. Right??
So what can we do? Thinking about all these, thought of introducing "Employee Benefit Fund".
What is this "Employee Benefit Fund" I am sure few must be wondering! What else a Fund could be other than just collecting money from all of us which in now way would be useful to us.
Nope you are totally wrong!!!!
It's nothing but pooling in certain amount of money say 100 or 200 bucks & then one or two of us would collect & administer it for all the above mentioned purposes !!!
This is a suggestion from my side!
Hey people am looking forward to your suggestions to make the scheme more happening.
So ALLLLLLLLLLL of you there just take some time & give me what ever comments you have on this.
I am welcome to suggestions.
